[Airport TimeCapsule] Connect to the disk in TC (from Mac OS, iOS, Windodws)리뷰/유용한 Tips 2014. 1. 30. 14:11
[From Windows Platform] Mount it as a network drive!
- Mount it as a drive
- Go to My Computer (Start > My Computer)
- From the menu, pull down Tools and select "Map Network Drive"
- Enter a drive letter that is not in use (for example, "Z")
- Enter the path to the drive. This is formatted as: \\IPaddress\drivename (for example, \\10.0.1.1\mydrive)
or you can connect to it by using AirPort Base Station Agency, or by suing Server Conncection.
Please Check the following Apple Support page:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1331
[From Mac OS] It would be automatically mounted or you can do it manually, too.
If you use Airpot Utility to set your network up, it will link and mount the disk in TimeCapsule(TC) on Finder's favorite.
Or, Finder -> Press 'cmmd + K' -> insert the ip address of TC
[From iOS device]
You can access it by using any 'file browser' application in App Store which seems to support 'afp' protocol.
I have used 'File Browser(FB)' application from stratospherix.com which is great to use!
